Tibetan singing bowls have been used in Asia in a range of religious ceremonies for over 4000 years. This unique bowl is made from an alloy of 7 metals and today they are available in several forms.
The premise is simple; these bowls produce a wave when they are hit or rubbed. The frequencies produced by Tibetan bowls are then absorbed directly by the entire body. The perceived waves significantly improve concentration and reflection, allowing us to optimise practices such as meditation, yoga or even relaxation.
A real decorative feature, they will add a perfect Soothing and Zen touch that is missing in your home.

Juliette and Thomas –
The bowl is discrete and blends in perfectly with my decor. I had already bought a similar bowl whilst travelling in India but with a different pattern.
It is a little more expensive compared to the one I already have but this is justified because delivery is included. I don’t regret my purchase at all and my two bowls go very well together.
My husband and I love it.

Lovely bowl delivered with a cushion and mallet.
The bowl comes directly from Nepal which is a guarantee of quality.
Delivery takes a bit of time and the packaging could be better but this is normal when you know where it is coming from.
Very happy with this purchase

I chose this bowl following Justine’s advice. She took all the criteria that I gave her into account.
The bowl is pretty, discrete but its sound can’t be outdone!
When I hit it it sounds like a gong and the sound resonates for more than 20 seconds.
It took some time for me to be able to use it properly but once I mastered the movement it’s very easy.
Little tip: To increase the soothing effect, add ⅔ water and you will see the ripples spreading.
I love it, and the price makes it very accessible. Perfect for your first Tibetan bowl.
Thanks and see you soon
