Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery takes on average between 7 and 28 days. This can of course depend on exceptional cases such as postal strikes, the festive season/ Bank Holidays, a surge of large orders etc. Delivery of your order can also vary due to carrier delays.

Whatever happens, if your order has not arrived after 8 weeks, we will resend it or issue a full refund. Rest assured, this has not yet happened for the several hundred orders already successfully completed!

Please note that our bowls are shipped directly from Nepal. So if the timeframe seems long, please do not worry- your order is on its way to you.

Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?

Delivery to a collection point is unfortunately not yet currently available.

How can I follow my parcel?

You will receive all the necessary information to be able to follow your parcel via email when your order has been confirmed.

Returns and refunds policy

There are some flaws in my bowl, is this normal?

The Tibetan bowls are handmade by artisans, and it is possible that your singing bowl can feature some light flaws such as small scratches or even some slightly faded symbols.

Don’t panic, this is completely normal and actually proves the authenticity of your Tibetan bowl!

I’m not satisfied with my order and I would like to return it. How can I do this?

We are so sorry to hear that there has been a problem with your order.

If you have received a damaged product, a nonconforming product, or you are not satisfied with your order, you can get in touch via the contact form or also via the following email address:
