- An exceptional instrument made from natural Quartz: The Crystal Harp (or Vibrophone) is an instrument made exclusively from natural Quartz crystals (SiO2). The Quartz crystals are ground to a powder and cleaned of impurities, then heated to over 1800°C to give them their characteristic cylindrical shape. We do not use synthetic quartz in the manufacture of our crystal harp.
