Tibetan singing bowls have been used for over 4000 years in diverse religious ceremonies in Asia. Originally made from an alloy of 7 metals, they are now available in several forms.
The premise is simple; these bowls produce a wave when they are hit or rubbed. The frequencies produced by the Tibetan bowls are then absorbed directly by the entire body. The perceived waves significantly improve concentration, allowing us to optimise practices such as meditation, yoga or even relaxation.
A real decorative feature, they will add a perfect Mystical and Zen touch that is missing in your home.

Bowl received after 3 weeks. I don’t hold this against you since you can see right away that this is an authentic product.
The engravings are done by hand and the materials used to make this bowl are excellent.
The sound it produces is very powerful (a little too much in fact according to my neighbours)
This type of bowl is clearly for singing bowl enthusiasts and I advise against it as a first purchase.
The bowl cushion I received is red (see photo) instead of the blue featured in the photo. It’s fine but I wanted to point it out.
Everything else is perfect. 5 stars for this authentic product.

Bowl intended more for professionals than personal use.
It’s very big for a Tibetan bowl and its use is more advised for massage parlours or for sound and wave treatments.
The sound it makes is very deep. I personally use it for my patients. I work with older people and Tibetan bowls are a blessing in my line of work. They allow me to focus all of my attention on my patients and even allow me to immerse them in a state of intense relaxation.
I’ll say it again, this type of bowl is more for professionals who already know Tibetan bowls well.
