I finally received the bowl 2 weeks after ordering it (I had begun to lose hope).
Bertrand and Justine were very professional and responded immediately after I had contacted them requesting an update.
They are very often available and I have never had a problem in this regard.
Once the bowl arrived, I was a little scared about what state it would be in (it came from far away and with this type of product there can often be concerns when it comes to shipping, even though Bertrand had reassured me that if the bowl arrived broken then he would send me another one immediately).
When I opened the box, the bowl was intact and it was very well protected. It comes with the rubber circle and the baton to be able to use it.
The bowlâs sound is perfect even if I am still having trouble making it sing correctly.
